Really this report should be referred to as the lack of healthy habits because all of the numbers highlighted were of the amount of people who aren’t doing so well. Exhibit A: “Obesity rates have tripled among young adults in the past three decades, from 8 percent in 1971-1974 to 24 percent in 2005-2006.”
