Decline in national birth rates

Teen birth rates have hit their lowest level in decades.

The CDC issued a report showing a decline in teen pregnancy birth rates, which have hit an all-time low. This decline was especially surprising to a health and pregnancy educators given the minor uptick of rates in 2007 and 2008.
